MES / Low-Code Application Consultant (Tulip & Mendix) Location: Kenosha, WI Duration: 6 months Design and develop applications using tulip and mendix low-code platforms Act as a functional and technical consultant for mes-related solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing execution solutions Support integration between multiple enterprise systems and interfaces Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders Participate in project planning and coordination activities Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and digital solutions Work closely with project teams to resolve blockers and issues Contribute to documentation and solution design artifacts Design and develop applications using tulip platform for manufacturing use cases Design, document, and maintain applications built on mendix low-code platform Work with integration teams to ensure seamless interface connectivity Support mes functional consulting activities across production environments Assist and lead status meetings to communicate progress and risks Identify and resolve project issues and implementation challenges Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements Ensure proper documentation of application design and workflows Support deployment, testing, and validation of applications Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones Ensure adherence to manufacturing execution system standards and practices Contribute to process improvements in production and shop floor systems Strong experience with tulip application design and development Hands-on experience with mendix low-code application development Understanding of mes (manufacturing execution systems) concepts Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms Knowledge of system integration and interface management Experience in documenting application design and workflows Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial domain processes Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication Understanding of agile or iterative delivery models Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Collaboration with cross-functional teams Proactive and ownership-driven mindset Time management and organizational skills Adaptability to changing project requirements Leadership in coordination and status tracking Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments Experience required: 6-8 years or above Pacer Group
