Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Radiology

As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans Interpret imaging results and provide accurate reports to referring physicians Collaborate with medical staff to discuss findings and recommendations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in radiology Participate in departmental meetings and case discussions Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records Stay current with advancements in radiology and imaging technologies Provide exceptional patient care and address patient concerns Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution Active medical license to practice in the state of West Virginia Board certification in Radiology preferred Prior experience in a clinical radiology setting Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety Schedule: 7a-4p Daily Volume: 6-10 procedures Board certification required Paid travel & expenses A-rated medical malpractice coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr 77 consultants
