From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and even fresh coats of paint, Maintenance Managers are involved in every apartment, ensuring resident satisfaction.**What you’ll do:*** Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members* Schedule and complete turns.* Responsible for completing occupied apartment service requests in less than 3 hours.* Manages the inventory of “ready” apartments to support the community’s marketing and leasing efforts and inspects ready apartments for move-in quality.* Spearheading maintenance initiatives.* Consistently exemplifying the Wasatch brand.* Embodying an owner's mindset.* Provide your team members with the necessary resources and support to thrive and succeed, fostering a positive work environment.**Who you are:*** A detail oriented and task-focused individual* A strong communicator* A personable and confident customer service professional with a “Resident First” mindset.* A Team Player and a leader who leads by example* Organized and Accountable**What we're looking for:*** Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.* EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus.* Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.* Analytical problem solver, developing alternatives and implementing effective strategies.* Ability to operate various hand and power tools.* Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: + Electrical Systems + Plumbing + Appliances + Flooring + Carpentry + Heating and air systems + Pools* Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.* Strong organizational and time management skills.* Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.* A creative and motivating personality.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Superior customer service skills.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies* Proficient in Microsoft Office.**Benefits and Pay Range**:The pay range for this position is $20.90 - 28.28 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!*Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.** Health, dental, and 401(k) program/match* Paid time off for vacation, sick days, and holidays* Apartment Rent Discounts, bonuses, and recognition for a job well done!At Wasatch, you’re more than an employee—you’re part of a team dedicated to excellence.
