We serve people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Serious Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), and Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED).If you’re passionate about supporting children and families, this is your opportunity to create lasting impact!What You’ll DoProvide case management and support services for children and youth up to age 21.Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.Implement person-centered plans and monitor progress toward goals.Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency standards.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).Complete MDHHS Wraparound training.Have a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.Be supervised by an individual who meets the criteria as a Child Mental Health Professional (CHMP) who has completed MDHHS required training.Skills & AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Certifications RequiredEmergency Services (E.S.)
