Part-Time Medical Receptionist


$17.00 per Hour | Approximately 20 Hours per Week

What You'll Do


As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while keeping the front office running smoothly.


Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Receiving and processing faxes and emails
• Scheduling new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
• Entering patient referrals into the electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Coordinating patient schedules and appointment calendars
• Explaining insurance benefits and collecting copays and account balances
• Assisting with general front office and administrative duties as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Previous receptionist or medical office experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with strong customer service experience.
