Schedule 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology/Women's Surgical Unit. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, delivering exceptional patient care and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a complex medical setting. This role involves providing care to patients, overseeing staff, and adhering to unit guidelines and policies. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced oncology/surgical environment. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform assessments, manage care, and provide education related to chemotherapy and surgical interventions. To assist with procedures such as pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis as needed. Maintain high standards of practice while following hospital policies and procedures.
