Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.85 hour / $39,208 per year

Position Summary
The Tier Two Manager provides leadership, guidance, and operational oversight to the assigned home while supporting LADD's mission of making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support. This position is responsible for ensuring quality services, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient day-to-day operations for the people supported home (currently providing supports to 4 individuals). This smaller home allows for a personal, quaint atmosphere.
The Manager serves as a mentor to direct support staff, promotes a positive team culture, and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent care and organizational success. You are never alone in this role as your management team is there to support you.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support for team members.
- Ensure quality services are delivered in accordance with person-centered planning and individual goals.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, licensing, accreditation, and company requirements.
- Monitor staffing and scheduling
- Conduct performance evaluations, corrective action, and employee development as needed.
- Respond to employees in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete required documentation, reports, audits, and investigations accurately and on time.
- Monitor medication administration, health and safety practices, and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments and outside agencies to ensure quality outcomes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as assigned.
- Promote LADD's Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- One-year previous management experience required.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and pre-employment requirements.
