Medical-Surgical Inpatient (Med-Surg) includes telemetry, orthopedics, general medicine, and surgical care. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, IV therapy, interdisciplinary team coordination, telemetry monitoring, admissions and discharges, internal and external transfers, delegation to assistive personnel, electronic medical record documentation, patient transport, and

emergency response procedures.

• Central Line
• Admissions, Discharges, and internal/external transfers
• ERM documentation
• delegating assistive personnel
• Patient Transport
• Heparin drip management and coagulation bridging
• Chest Tube and drainage tube
• P rovides medical-surgical management with telemetry monitoring and supports patients with both acute and post-operative needs.
• Blood transfusion management
• Oncology and chemotherapy-related symptom management
• Rehabilitation and Neurological support
• Pain Management

All shifts available.

Salary $35.00 to $45.00+
