Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour Job description: We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our mission-driven team. Client availability in: Draper, Sandy, Salt Lake City, South Jordan, Tooele, Ogden & more locations available! Responsibilities:
- Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
- Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
- Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make
- Providing Parent Trainings
- Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment
- Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required
- Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education
- Strong communication skills
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
