Job Title: 2nd/3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation within a food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on following established preventative maintenance task lists, identifying potential issues before they lead to downtime, and supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance on all production equipment in accordance with established preventative maintenance task lists.
• Dismantle equipment as needed to perform preventative maintenance tasks and reassemble it correctly without supervision.
• Make suggestions for improvements or additions to preventative maintenance task lists to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks while actively inspecting equipment for defects or potential issues and correcting them as needed.
• Use a variety of basic hand tools, and develop proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and manual repair equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
