Key Responsibilities Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in warehousing and transportation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations. Conduct network analysis and modeling to optimize supply chain routes and distribution strategies. Forecast demand and inventory needs to ensure optimal stock levels across our network. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners to gather data and implement solutions. Research and recommend new logistics technologies and best practices. Prepare presentations and communicate analytical findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential strategic advantages. Assist in the development and implementation of new logistics strategies and initiatives. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics analysis, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical role. Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehousing principles. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively. Experience with supply chain planning or optimization software is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
