Operations Research Analyst

POSITION: Operations Research Analyst DUTIES: Engage in strategic and tactical planning for operational application development of healthcare statistical analyses, reporting, and enhancements with management staff and Informatics team. Collaborate with business teams to understand and exchange clinical datasets used in operational analyses. Structure data models and databases and work with stakeholders to develop and evaluate application functionality and enhancements of operational datasets for reliability in forecasting. Provide clinical review to projects to ensure usability of business decision functionality. Participate in standardization of database and dataset documentation. REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Operations, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field. HOURS: 40 hours per week. SALARY: $81,910 per year.
