Senior Director, Transactions Tax: M&A & Tax Strategy

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director, Transactions Tax to join our Corporate Finance practice in Chicago. You will lead tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling on buy-side and sell-side transactions, and prepare reports for C-suite audiences.
The role requires strong US federal income tax expertise, experience in mergers and acquisitions tax, and leadership in client engagements across diverse industries.
