Job DetailsFull time 40 hours/week rotating shiftsJob DescriptionThe EMT Transfer Center Coordinator Lead coordinates all aspects ofthe Jefferson Enterprise Transfer Center and telemedicine cases including facilitating physician-to-physician communication and logistics related to patient transfer. This includes scheduling and assigning transports, documenting transfer activity, facilitating communication for transfers, and completing ADT functions in Epic.
