And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.Basic QualificationsExperiencing conducting system level and/or subsystem level testingAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceAbility and willingness to work extended hours, off-shifts, and weekends as required Desired SkillsCurrent LM Certified Test Conductor (CTC) certification or equivalentHands-on experience with Automation FrameworkEngineering expertise in test disciplines, particularly error prevention, safety, controls logic, data acquisition, and insturmentationExperience integrating lab, ground, or flight hardware systems; or supporting flight tests for missile, spacecraft, aircraft, or launch vehiclesFamiliarity with COTS equipment integration, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)Knowledge of current Test and Measurement Equipment (T&ME) and test best practicesExperience testing/integrating shipboard systemsAbility to excell in fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with occasional travelPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
