Role Overview As the Associate Buyer, you will support and execute the buying process for Tory Burch’s online business in North America. Responsibilities Build assortment during markets and identify future product opportunities, trends, and class‑level offerings to drive sales. Assist the buyer in providing end‑of‑season hindsight and identify opportunities through product, shape, class, and color analysis. Manage weekly business reporting, shipping updates, and maintain seasonal markdowns in SAP along with the order entry process. Partner with Planning, Site Merchandising, and Digital Operations for delivery updates, sample tracking, and other cross‑functional needs. Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the buying cycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (business or fashion related preferred). 2–4 years of retail buying experience in a luxury or service‑driven environment. Ability to build partnerships with direct managers and cross‑functional partners. Analytical skills to review prior performance and propose actionable insights; effective communication and presentation of findings. Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint; ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and create visual aids for seasonal market presentations. Time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines alongside manager and team. Problem‑solving mindset and resourcefulness. Adaptability to pivot with changing business needs. Advanced Excel skills and expertise in other Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 USD – $85,000.00 USD. Final offer will be based on relevant experience and work location.
