What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create an exceptional dealership experience from the moment they arrive.
• Learn about customers' travel goals, lifestyle, and camping preferences to recommend the right RV solution.
• Conduct product presentations and walkarounds showcasing Airstream trailers and other premium RV products.
• Demonstrate features, technology, towing capabilities, and ownership benefits.
• Guide customers through financing, protection products, and purchase options.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Stay current on inventory, RV trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and previous customers to drive sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic.

Bonus Points For

• RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or luxury retail sales experience.
• CRM experience.
• Bilingual abilities.
• A personal passion for travel, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle.
