About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its corporate risk management, patient safety, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness activities. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in healthcare risk management, regulatory compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, or behavioral health operations. Strong knowledge of clinical fundamentals, patient safety standards, and performance improvement techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and electronic health record auditing processes. The ability to work effectively with diverse populations and across multiple facilities is also a key requirement.
