Responsibilities of Billing Specialist Job in OKC:
- Billing audits
- Accurately invoice customers using freight bills, bills of lading, and any other pertinent information
- Handle billing discrepancies
- Provide customer service
- Receive and post payments
- Manage cash flow
- Aging reports
- Reconcile AR reports to the general ledger
- Month end closing duties
Qualifications of Billing Specialist in OKC:
- 2+ years billing experience
- Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
