About the Role

Exciting opportunity to join a team focusing on providing leading-edge compliance and regulatory advice to its clients. In this role, you will lead efforts to stay on top of the latest and greatest trends related to a wide array of employee benefits plans. Everything from review of plan documents to fiduciary compliance to high-level advisory services, you will be the subject matter expert. For both internal and external stakeholders, you will be depended upon to guide clients to making sound decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand current and pending legislation from the DOL and IRS that could impact plans
• Be a go-between for legal counsel and contacts at employer groups
• Responsible for non-discrimination testing on all levels
• Review and file multiple industry forms and filings for both employee benefits and qualified retirement plans
• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to prepare all audits and determine if there are any compliance failures

Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of compliance and regulatory background
• Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably Finance or Accounting
• Additional professional designations preferred (i.e. CEBS or ASPPA designation)

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$65-80,000 + flexible hybrid schedule + robust benefit package
