We are seeking a Residential Team Leader to become a part of our team! You will coordinate the client's day to day needs.
7AM - 3PM Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the client home and DSP staff
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Work with program manage to make sure the home has updated schedule, activity calendar and etc.
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure client safety
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures
- Rotate on call
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a DSP (Direct Support Professional)
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
