This position involves providing high-quality radiation therapy to patients in a supportive and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the oncologist. Prepare and position patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor patients during treatment and assess for any side effects or concerns. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in California. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
