Personal Care Aide (PCA) Training Program – Paid Opportunity

Venture Forthe via the Department of Health Direct Caregiver Flexibility Grant is offering a paid training opportunity to become a certified Personal Care Aide (PCA)—no prior experience required. This is your chance to build a career in healthcare while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
What You’ll Get:
- 40 Hour Paid training to become a certified PCA ($16.00/hour for training)
- Industry-recognized certification
- 1:1 mentorship during your first 60 days of employment
- A clear path to employment after training
- The opportunity to make a real impact in your community
What You’ll Do as a PCA:
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility and independence
- Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
