Business Analyst

iQuasar LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to support requirements, content management, and user support for WCMaaS, the secure, cloud-based Drupal platform that hosts DHS public websites.

One of our clients in Springfield, VA needs a Business Analyst for a permanent position.

• Position Name: Business Analyst
• Location: Springfield, VA (Remote/telework, subject to Government approval. Primary Government work)
• Clearance: DHS Public Trust (suitability/Entry on Duty). Candidates with a current DHS suitability determination are preferred; all qualified candidates will be considered.
• Schedule: Core hours 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements and user stories for WCMaaS site enhancements.
• Support content updates, validation, error correction, and translation and accessibility of content.
• Use tools such as Siteimprove to monitor and improve content quality and accessibility.
• Support testing, including test case execution and defect documentation.
• Maintain user guides, job aids, and training materials for content administrators.
• Provide Tier 1 user support and account management for site owners and content editors.
• Prepare usage and performance reports and support analytics dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of business analysis or web content management experience.
• Experience working with a CMS (Drupal preferred) and Atlassian Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust suitability determination.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Siteimprove and web analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Prior federal website support experience.
