Director of Corporate Strategy

Tracking consumer demand across 25+ industries, this company is considered one of the most trusted sources for retail sales data and market share reporting. They are recognized as one of the most influential data insight providers, and continuing to grow with backing from leading PE investors. The team is looking for a Director to join their Corporate Strategy group who will be able to help define and accelerate the company's growth trajectory. The Director of Corporate Strategy will be responsible for: Driving the corporate strategy and long-term growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership. Leading strategic projects including market expansion, portfolio optimization, business transformation, and competitive analysis. Collaborating across business units to ensure strategic priorities are aligned with overall company objectives. Supporting corporate development activities, including M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments. Building business cases, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, and developing recommendations for senior leadership. Preparing executive- and board-level presentations on key strategic initiatives and business performance. The Director of Corporate Strategy should have: 5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm. MBA preferred; Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in consumer products, retail, analytics, software, business intelligence, or related industries preferred. Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders. Experience evaluating strategic transactions, including M&A, partnerships, or joint ventures. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and boards.
