AI Product Owner *4

Role Summary
The AI Product Owner is responsible for leading the delivery of custom built AI solutions that drive operational efficiency and measurable business value. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business priorities and executed effectively.


This individual will own the end to end product lifecycle within a defined domain, balancing new development, enhancements, and ongoing support. They will partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI driven improvements, define clear requirements, and ensure delivery outcomes meet expectations. Success in this role requires strong prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and a focus on scalable, high impact solutions.


Key Responsibilities
• Own delivery outcomes for AI solutions within a defined business domain, balancing new initiatives, enhancements, and support needs
• Partner with business stakeholders and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI driven process improvements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for technical teams
• Lead planning and execution activities in collaboration with cross functional partners
• Prioritize work based on business impact, adjusting as needed to align with evolving priorities
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and gather continuous feedback
• Monitor solution adoption, performance, and opportunities for ongoing optimization
• Support governance, reporting, and cross functional coordination efforts


Key Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in a technology driven environment
• Proven experience owning product delivery and prioritization decisions based on business value
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Experience working with cross functional teams including business stakeholders and technical resources
• Familiarity with AI or data driven solution delivery within enterprise environments
• Domain experience in HR operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or IT service management is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment and drive alignment across competing priorities
