As a technology team member, the iMIS Techno-Functional Analyst supports the iMIS 20 RiSE Engagement Management System. Their primary focus will be to work as a part of our Information Technology team where you will provide technical and functional expertise and support for iMIS. The iMIS Techno-Functional Analyst is responsible for working closely with internal teams, faculty, and customers (individuals and organizations) to ensure delivery of the most effective and efficient services to drive the improvement of health and health care outcomes worldwide.

Position Responsibilities:

• Implement creative work arounds to iMIS challenges that satisfy needs of the staff and customers
• Drive adoption of best practices
• Applying service packs
• Training users and helping with supporting other technologies like LMS and Online Discussion Platform that are directly integrated and depend on iMIS.

Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of how associations operate
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of business and business processes for associations around membership, events, and education
• Writing IQAs and SSRS reports
• Diagnosing problems in various modules such as the AR/Cash module, Membership, Fundraising, Events etc.
• Being open to learning and supporting other technologies
• A self-starter working closely with rest of the IT team
• Expert SQL Query skills
• Experience with creating Stored Procedures and performance tuning
• Improve overall constituent data quality via using various methods like PA tasks, alerts, stored procedures etc.
• Ability to communicate with staff in non-technical language to drive adoption and improvement in the customer experience
• Troubleshooting skills

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 3 years recent iMIS experience. Other AMS experience may be considered
• 5 years recent experience working with or working in associations or non-profit organization
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Query required
• Experience with Report writing required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language required; additional language is a plus
• Previous experience working with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using RiSE and the tools like Process Automation for alerts and automated tasks and the email communications tool is a plus
• Understanding of add on products from other iMIS solution providers is a plus
