Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical ICU RN to provide specialized patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor critically ill patients to identify changes in condition and respond with appropriate interventions.
Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support as prescribed by the physician.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation to ensure compliance and quality of care.
Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and aftercare plans.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing with the appropriate state board.
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience, preferably in a medical ICU setting.
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs.
