Heavy Equipment Operator (Front End Loader) - Immediate Opening

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join a growing team. If you have experience operating front-end loaders , moving bulk materials, and working in a fast-paced construction or landscaping environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to transport and move materials such as soil, mulch, gravel, and other aggregates.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage areas efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain workflow.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety hazards promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating front-end loaders or other heavy construction equipment required.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment safety practices and job site procedures.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
