St. Luke's Health Plan

The Customer Service Representative for St. Luke’s Health Plan serves as the first point of contact for members, delivering outstanding service across phone, email, portal, and social channels. You will explain benefits, assist with claims processing, and help members understand deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket costs.
