NHC HealthCare Milan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager RN . This role provides clinical leadership for an assigned nursing unit supports nursing partners and helps ensure high-quality coordinated care for patients and residents.

Position Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and oversight for the assigned unit.
Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized plans of care.
Review changes in condition and help ensure timely clinical follow-up.
Coach support and provide direction to nursing partners on the unit.
Monitor documentation medication and treatment practices and compliance with nursing standards.
Collaborate with physicians nursing leadership interdisciplinary team members patients residents and families.
Support staffing workflow quality improvement infection prevention and survey readiness activities.
Promote a culture of compassionate care teamwork accountability and professionalism.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Previous long-term care skilled nursing rehabilitation or nursing leadership experience is preferred.
Strong clinical leadership communication and organizational skills.
