Job Summary (List Format):

- Serve as an IT Business Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for a large enterprise environment.
- Utilize 5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Apply strong knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and role engineering principles.
- Work extensively with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Manage Access Certifications, Entitlement Management, and Access Request processes.
- Engage and liaise effectively with business stakeholders and leadership; deliver strong presentations.
- Conduct business analysis to define and refine IAM program requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in support of enterprise IAM programs.
- Participate in interviews via video from Arlington, TX (no remote option).
