Nuclear Cardiology Technologist

Short Description: No on call/weekends 7am 3:30pm Monday Friday, some procedures may run through 4:30pm EST Location: 140 Canal View Boulevard Rochester, NY 14623

Job Duties:

• Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered careexplaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety at all times.
• Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations working within the NYSDOH guidelines.
• Manage and document patient data in the eRecord "CUPID" system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Partner with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and continuously enhance lab protocols.

• SPECTBlood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis and a hybrid SPECT resting study followed by a PET sarcoid or viability studies

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Nuclear Med experience
• 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
• NYS Rad Tech License
• NMTCB or ARRT(N) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program
