The practice includes high-stakes class and collective actions under the FLSA, Title VII, ERISA, WARN, and ADEA, as well as state-law equivalents.This team has significant experience navigating wage and hour compliance, worker classification, systemic discrimination claims, whistleblower retaliation, and fiduciary liability under ERISA.
