Smart Edge, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to join our growing team in Brookfield, WI!

Whether you're a recent high school or college graduate, exploring your first professional opportunity, transitioning from retail or customer service, or ready for a new career path, this position is designed to help you gain hands-on experience and develop valuable professional skills.

No previous sales or marketing experience is needed! We provide paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations, representing nationally recognized brands and introducing products and services.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional environment.
• Assist with in-store promotional and sales campaigns.
• Introduce customers to products, services, and current promotions.
• Build communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals.
