Licensed Occupational Therapist

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team serving primarily seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized, outcome-focused plans of care, and help patients maximize safety, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families.
