Community Liaison / Hospice Sales Representative

A compassionate and self-motivated Community Liaison is needed to support hospice outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout the Fredericksburg area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting with healthcare professionals, supporting families, and making a meaningful impact within the community.

As the face of the organization in the field, you will promote hospice services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help families access compassionate end-of-life care. This position plays a key role in driving census growth while serving as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community agencies.

Territory: Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals, and community partners.
• Promote hospice services through regular outreach and educational visits.
• Increase referrals and support census growth across the service area.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on hospice care and services.
• Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required.
• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven relationship-building and account management skills.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance required.

Compensation:

• $65,000 $75,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
• $10k Sign On Bonus
