Industrial Maintenance Manager Immediate needs for an Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a large manufacturing facility. Industrial Maintenance Manager Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 30.00 to $ 36.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot electrical systems, including 240V, 480V, and 3-phase power Manage preventive maintenance schedules and records Coordinate repairs with production teams to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance parts, tools, and supply inventory Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects Industrial Maintenance Manager Qualifications: Required Experience: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong electrical knowledge (240V, 480V, 3-phase, motor controls, switchgear) Experience with cranes, hoists, compressors, and production equipment Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance Strong troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work overtime and respond to emergency maintenance calls Preferred: Manufacturing or industrial production facility experience Preventive maintenance and budget management experience Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
