Position Overview The ideal candidate will provide clerical and data-entry support by accurately processing invoices, receipts, and related documents; organizing and verifying records for vehicle purchases; and reviewing incoming materials for accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed. Responsibilities Accurately input information, invoices, receipts, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other documents Complies with and sorts documents such as invoices, billing, and checks to substantiate vehicle purchases Performs a variety of clerical duties, including scanning, researching, and data entry Review incoming documents for accuracy, determine discrepancies, and request additional information as needed.
