Key Qualifications:

• Current, active LVN license in California
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Direct experience with G-Tube feeding is required
• Familiarity with fulfilling care requirements outlined in IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families
• Demonstrated reliability and professionalism

In this role, you will:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to a student who requires G-Tube feeding during school hours
• Support all health-related needs as specified in the student’s IEP
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and student progress
• Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and parents/guardians
• Respond promptly to medical situations and provide first aid as needed
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for the student

This full-time, onsite contract extends from as soon as possible until December, with exact end date to be determined. You’ll become a valued resource on campus, making a daily difference in one student’s life while gaining unique school-based experience.
