We're looking for a motivated skilled roofers/framers/laborers to join our growing team. We work year round, in all various weather conditions. This role requires solid hands-on experience with roofing systems, a strong work ethic, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and safely. You'll work as part of a team, lead small tasks on-site, and help train apprentices as needed.
This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair and replace various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing, etc.)
- Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately and efficiently
- Identify and repair roof leaks or damaged areas
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety procedures and ensure job sites meet company and OSHA standards
- Assist in training and mentoring roofing apprentices and laborers
- Communicate with crew leaders and supervisors to ensure task completion and quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
Experience:
- 1-3+ years of roofing experience required
- Proficient in shingle installation; experience with metal or flat roofing is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and work safely at heights
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
