OT Inpatient Rehab - 5x8s Days 40H (0730-1600) - Every third Saturday required. 2YR experience required; first-time travelers accepted. Licenses/certs required: State OT license, NBCOT, BLS required. Skillset: strong spine/neuro, comprehensive memory care and multiple diagnosis experience required. Weekends: every third Saturday/month required. Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled. On-Call: no on-call. Floating: may be required within the specialty. Scrubs: Black Bottom, Red or black top.

Certs/License Requirements: RN License: Must have an active MD or Compact License at time of submission.
