Job Title: Call Center Specialist / Customer Support Specialist Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 1.5-2 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
Pay range: $18hr-$20hr

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (First 3 weeks)
Work Schedule After Training: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:00 AM-9:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional phone-based customer service. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, educating them on available products and services, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Enter and update customer information in internal systems.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
• Promote self-service options when appropriate.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
