What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Assist during surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-op care
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as joint injections
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in rotational call coverage
• Support quality improvement activities in a clinical setting

What You Need:

• Valid Physician Assistant (PA-C) license; Vermont license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic or surgical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
