● Know the products, prices, promotions, financing and inventory.

● Present confidently, overcome objections and ASK FOR THE SALE.

● Upsell mattresses, protection plans, accessories and complete-room packages.

● Follow up with every lead and unsold customer.

● Enter every order 100% accurately. SKUs, prices, payments, delivery information, and customer details.

● Keep your area clean, organized and ready to sell.

● Follow company rules on leads, splits, discounts, financing and customer handling.

● Hit your sales goals (Consistently missing expectations puts your position at risk)
