Inside Sales Representative Job Summary Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This front‑line role requires understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, and maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Responsibilities Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate and place orders. Maintain strong administrative skills and deliver customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Valid Driver’s license required. Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment. Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred. Strong customer service and telephone skills. Solid computer and administrative skills. Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred. Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.
