Adult Medicine Primary Care Clinician – Providence Community Health Centers Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides primary care to a diverse population in Providence, Rhode Island. Responsibilities Practice weekday outpatient primary care: 4 days in clinic; one day of admin remote. Collaborate with a team of physicians from all specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership. Lead a dedicated bilingual medical assistant and RN. Enhance cultural competency working with a diverse multi‑cultural patient population.
