Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist \n Discipline: Allied Health Professional \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Pediatric/Neonatal ICU \n \n Location: 4900 Mueller Blvd, Austin, TX, 78723 Job Type: Long-Term Assignment Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM \n Position Overview \n Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night-shift assignment supporting the Pediatric/Neonatal ICU . \n The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric and some neonatal respiratory care experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity critical care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RRT looking for a long-term assignment in Austin, Texas. \n Responsibilities \n \n Provide respiratory care to pediatric and neonatal patients in the ICU. \n Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex respiratory conditions. \n Provide and manage mechanical ventilation and other respiratory support as indicated. \n Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. \n Respond to changes in patient condition and provide timely respiratory interventions. \n Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and respiratory care protocols. \n Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care to children and families. \n Requirements \n \n Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. \n Pediatric or neonatal ICU experience required. \n Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. \n Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend. \n \n About 3B Healthcare Inc.\n \n At 3B Healthcare Inc., we are proud to be a leading force in US healthcare staffing, committed to providing exceptional workforce solutions.
