This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI for Sales & Marketing Coach based in the United States.

This remote contract role is designed for an experienced sales or marketing professional who actively uses AI to drive go-to-market results.
You will coach students and professionals on applying AI to real-world sales and marketing challenges.
Your guidance will cover areas such as lead generation, outbound and inbound workflows, content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
The role combines hands-on industry expertise with the ability to translate complex AI applications into practical, actionable advice.
You will work directly with ambitious learners seeking to strengthen their careers and become more effective in AI-enabled commercial roles.
Coaches operate with significant flexibility, setting their own availability and rates while delivering sessions virtually.
The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on helping learners turn AI capabilities into measurable professional impact.

Accountabilities

• Coach students and professionals on practical applications of AI across sales, marketing, and go-to-market functions.

• Help mentees apply AI to lead generation, prospecting, outbound and inbound workflows, content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

• Share hands-on strategies, frameworks, tools, and best practices based on real-world sales and marketing experience.

• Translate technical or complex AI concepts into clear, practical guidance that learners can immediately apply to their roles.

• Adapt coaching sessions to each mentee’s professional goals, experience level, challenges, and desired outcomes.

• Provide actionable feedback and guidance that helps learners improve their effectiveness in AI-enabled sales and marketing environments.

• Conduct coaching sessions virtually and maintain a high standard of professionalism and learner engagement.

• Collaborate with the broader coaching team to contribute to a high-impact learning experience.

• Stay current with developments in AI tools, sales technology, marketing automation, and emerging go-to-market practices.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sales, marketing, growth, revenue, or another closely related go-to-market function.

• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI to improve sales or marketing processes and achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Experience applying AI to areas such as lead generation, prospecting, content development, personalization, campaign execution, or workflow optimization.

• Ability to explain practical AI applications clearly to professionals with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to provide structured, actionable advice grounded in real-world professional experience.

• Strong understanding of modern sales and marketing workflows and how AI can enhance them.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, flexible contract environment.

• Experience at a recognized or reputable organization in sales, marketing, or a related discipline is strongly aligned with the role.
