Position Purpose Build a cohesive Personal Training (PT) team, ensure a healthy pipeline of clients, and provide members an exceptional fitness experience. Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales targets, driving membership growth and new PT agreements. Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and support sales initiatives. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including PT Managers, Assistant Managers, and PTs. Manage payroll for Assistant Managers and PTs, ensuring timely and accurate payment. Communicate goals and expectations to department leaders and staff. Ensure all staff have current certifications (CPR, First Aid, PT certifications). Provide constructive performance feedback to staff. Deliver high‑quality customer service, addressing concerns promptly. Engage members with empathy and active listening. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and proper certifications. Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness. Lead staff and members calmly during emergencies or disruptions. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of management experience; fitness/PT management is a plus. 3–4 years of customer service experience. Personal training sales experience preferred. Strong communication skill set, both verbal and written. Excellent relationship‑building and influencing abilities. Strong detail orientation, systematic problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Proficiency with MS Office. Embrace our Core Values. Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Valid PT certification. Previous sales experience required. Ability to work in a gym environment, including moving around floors, rooms, and operating company computer systems. Ability to lift more than 40 lbs. repeatedly. Eligible For Additional Compensation – Inclusive Of Variable income opportunities such as commission and bonus. Post‑training increase. Salary Pay Range

$58,656 – $60,008 USD.
